Catarratto is one of Sicily’s historic native grapes, and at Feudo Disisa it is part of a winemaking tradition that goes back generations in the Monreale area. The wine is fermented cool and aged in stainless steel, keeping it fresh, pure and expressive, with fruit, floral notes, and a bright, balanced finish.
