The 2019 Trois Noix Noisette Cuvée is a refined Napa Valley red blend and the debut vintage of the brand's Napa Valley red wine. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot sourced from select vineyard sites in Yountville, Rutherford, Oakville, and Diamond Mountain, the wine reflects the diverse character of Napa Valley. Trois Noix was founded by Greg and Jaime Araujo, whose family has deep roots in Napa Valley winemaking. The 2019 vintage shows expressive aromas and flavors of blackberry, black cherry, black raspberry, cassis, and plum, complemented by dried rose, lavender, herbs, spice, tobacco, and subtle cocoa.

Medium- to full-bodied on the palate, Noisette Cuvée combines ripe fruit with soft, velvety tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, polished finish. Its balance of richness, freshness, and structure makes it an elegant yet approachable Napa Valley blend that pairs beautifully with pork ragu, grilled beef, roasted meats, grilled portobello mushrooms, butter chicken, and aged cheeses.
