Flora Springs Trilogy 2021 is the winery's iconic Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend and the 38th bottling of a wine the family has crafted for four decades. The blend is composed of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, and 5% Malbec, with the Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot sourced from the sustainably farmed Komes Vineyard in the Rutherford AVA. The vineyard sits on the western slopes of the Mayacamas Mountains and has been part of the Flora Springs family since 1977. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged for 18 months in small French and American oak barrels, resulting in a dark, concentrated expression with brambly blue and black fruit, mint, eucalyptus, and cola aromatics.

Full-bodied, sleek, and focused, the 2021 Trilogy combines concentrated fruit with refined tannins, fresh acidity, and impressive length. Flavors of blueberry, blackberry, cassis, dark raspberry, cedar, mocha, graphite, and subtle herbal notes develop across the palate, while the polished structure gives the wine excellent balance and depth.
