I found this wine almost by accident and oh my God. Old-vine Grenache from Maury, aged a full year outside in glass demijohns under the sun, then decades in huge oak barrels. Rich, viscous, dried fruit, nuts, coffee, oxidative magic but never heavy, never cloying. The balance is insane. One of the most fascinating wines I have ever tasted.
