2020 Vinícola El Consuelo Cacholá Cabernet Sauvignon, Valle de las Arcinas, Zacatecas, Mexico
Cacholá Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by Vinícola El Consuelo in Valle de las Arcinas, Zacatecas, Mexico, a high-altitude wine region known for its dry, semi-desert climate. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, developing depth, structure and complexity.
Rich aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries and plums are complemented by notes of black pepper, thyme, tobacco and roasted coffee. Its structured palate and refined oak character make it an excellent pairing for grilled red meats, hearty stews and aged cheeses.
