Crafted by Philippe and Cherie Melka, this limited-production wine reflects a distinctive approach to California white winemaking, combining aromatic precision, mineral complexity and the richness of barrel fermentation. With only 245 cases produced, it offers a compelling alternative to more conventional Sauvignon Blancs.
The nose reveals white peach, lemon curd, white flowers and delicate spice. On the palate, concentrated stone fruit meets vibrant acidity, a creamy texture and pronounced minerality, creating an elegant balance between richness and freshness. Its long, persistent finish makes it an excellent companion to seared scallops, lobster, roasted poultry, rich seafood dishes or aged cheeses.
