2017 Cueva Del Monge Blanco is an expressive barrel-fermented white wine from Rioja, Spain, crafted by Bodegas Vinícola Real. This distinctive blend combines Viura, Malvasía, Garnacha Blanca, and other white grape varieties, showcasing the richness and complexity of traditional Rioja white wines. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and gently pressed to preserve their aromatic character. Fermentation and aging in oak barrels for approximately four months contribute depth, texture, and a refined integration of fruit and oak.

The wine displays a brilliant golden color and an aromatic bouquet of ripe pineapple, mango, pear, and banana, complemented by floral notes, sweet spices, creamy oak, and wild herbs.
