Ossian 2020 is a distinctive Spanish white wine made from 100% Verdejo grapes grown around Nieva, in Castilla y León, Spain. Sourced from historic, pre-phylloxera vineyards with vines reaching up to 200 years old, this vintage captures the elegance, freshness, and remarkable character of old-vine Verdejo.

The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected, with individual vineyard parcels vinified separately. Fermentation takes place in wooden barrels and larger casks using native yeasts, followed by approximately nine months of aging on the lees.
