Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 22 months in French oak, with 75% new barrels, the wine combines concentration with remarkable balance. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cassis, crushed stone, graphite, wild herbs, and subtle spice lead to a full-bodied palate framed by fine-grained, silky tannins. Plush and expressive while maintaining freshness and precision, the 2021 offers impressive depth and a long, elegant finish. An excellent choice for grilled steak, lamb, short ribs, and other rich meat dishes.
