Deep violet-red in the glass, it brings dark cherries, blackberries, and blueberries together with black pepper, cloves, black tea, and smoky pepper notes; its creamy, balanced palate combines bright acidity with firm, rounded tannins and a long finish, a distinctive red to discover at Happy Wine Calle Ocho with grilled beef or roasted lamb.
Aged for approximately 18 months in wood barrels, including 500-liter French oak barrels. Alcohol: 14%. Production: 4,000 bottles.
