The 2022 HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and polished expression of Napa Valley, crafted from a blend of select fruit sourced from HALL's estate vineyards and trusted grower partners across the appellation. Made with 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot, the wine was aged for 22 months in French oak, 45% new, developing depth while preserving the character of the fruit.

The 2022 vintage began with ample winter rain and continued with consistent warm conditions through spring and summer. A Labor Day heat wave accelerated harvest in some vineyard sites, followed by cooler weather and a touch of rain that allowed the remaining fruit additional hang time and contributed to balanced flavors and polished tannins.

Lifted aromas of dark chocolate, vibrant red fruit, wet stone, and subtle oak lead to a seamless, mouthfilling palate layered with dark briary fruit, earth, and mineral notes.
