Made from 100% Malvasía Castellana, also known as Doña Blanca, this expressive wine comes from approximately 60-year-old, ungrafted vines in the El Pinar vineyard, planted in sandy soils.
The grapes are carefully harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in 500-liter oak barrels. The wine then ages for 10 months on its lees, developing depth, texture, and aromatic complexity while preserving its freshness and mineral character.
The 2023 vintage offers an elegant combination of white peach, aromatic herbs, dried fruit, and subtle nutty notes, with a vibrant acidity and a delicate saline finish. Its generous texture makes it an excellent match for roasted fish, shellfish, seafood, white meats, and mature cheeses.
