Produced by Brewer-Clifton, founded by winemaker Greg Brewer, this Pinot Noir captures the distinctive character of Sta. Rita Hills, a cool-climate appellation in California's Santa Barbara County. Made with estate-grown grapes from three vineyards, the wine reflects the region's coastal influence and the winery's commitment to expressing each vineyard's natural character.
The 2023 vintage is fermented with whole clusters, including the stems, and aged in 100% neutral oak barrels. This gentle approach preserves the purity of the fruit while developing structure, earthy complexity, and refined tannins without overwhelming the wine with oak flavors.
